A reframe could change your life.
Changing your thoughts about an experience, an idea, a place, a person, or a concept can profoundly change your feelings and actions. This is what we call a “reframe”.
You can perform a reframe by expanding your awareness, considering new possibilities, or deciding how you want to feel and then work backwards to a mindset that gets you there.
Some frames won’t be acceptable. That’s fine. Try them on and see how they fit. See what affordances they allow and what constraints they provide.
